What is your habit?
We all have habits, some good and some not so good. But, unfortunately, it's the "not so" good habits that creep up on us when we least expect it, especially in times like now during
Covid-19 and we are stuck at home.
The first thing to break a bad habit is to realise you have one. Break the cycle of watching too much Netflix or binging on your favourite chocolate; maybe it's excessive online shopping. Whatever it may be, the first step to change a bad habit is to be aware of it, recognise it, accept it and find a way to swap the good with the bad.
