 Pain comes in many forms; it can be emotional, physical, mental or spiritual. For me, it began with physical pain then that physical pain morphed into mental & emotional pain. Unfortunately, I did not realise it till it was too late, as this pain took control of my life. Balancing work and personal life, especially if you have a family, adds to the pain. In addition, the stress and overwhelm cause anxiety, further exacerbating the pain.

If you are like how I used to be, you try any means to calm the pain, which could be through food, alcohol, or any other type of self-medication.

However, you are now at the point where you feel it's time to start living your life; it's time to regain control. You are ready to manage your pain by balancing your mind, body, heart and spirit.

Fair Question, First I do what I do so I can help many others suffering from pain and suffering in silence to know that it's ok not to be ok, to know that it ok to be vulnerable and ask for help.

​

Second, doing the process of generating this plan for you will give me the chance to get to know you and how you are currently managing your pain, it will also give you the opportunity to get to know me, how I think and what I do.

​

For me, this is a rewarding way to serve people by giving them a lot of value upfront and not needing to do any chasing or hard selling to find clients.

What happens when we meet?

Here’s how we create your plan…

When we meet, we’ll perform a three-step strategic planning process I use with all my clients:

​

1) we’ll assess your goals and visions for you to make changes to how you are currently living your life;

​

2) we will explore all the internal and external resources you currently have that would contribute to your goals and vision;

​

3) we create a customized plan with specific goals and milestones that will ensure you reach your goals, using a strategy– a single focus- that aligns with who you are, what you love doing, and what you value.

​

At this point, you can either take the plan and implement it on your own.  Or, if you prefer my help to ensure your success, we can discuss those details on the call.

How will my 1:1 coaching work?

Strategy & Planning

6 sessions focused on establishing a program tailored specifically for you. Breaking through your fears, hesitations & limiting beliefs in becoming the best version of yourself by controlling your pain.

Implementation & Support

1:1 coaching fortnightly for one hour. A 20 min catch up in between the sessions to ensure that you are on the right track and email and chat support daily in order to enhance your breakthrough provide you with guidance and be your accountability partner.

I am glad to share a little bit of how my coaching sessions work, but honestly until and unless we meet and we create your “customised pain management plan”, I won't know if we are the right fit.

I can only make a limited number of these appointments available a month, so I want to make sure that if we meet, you will benefit from it, and I am talking to people whom I feel I can provide the most value.

How to request your appointment?

If you feel that you are one of the people I can help and you are ready to get started creating clarity around how having a healthy body and mind can help with managing pain then here is how you can request an appointment:

  1. Click the link at the bottom of this page to be taken to my online calendar. There you will see dates and times that I have available for these free planning sessions, select the one’s that suit you best.

  2. Once you select your appointment time, I will ask you a few questions that will help me prepare for our call, and also confirm that I can actually help you.

  3. Please fill this in thoughtfully and honestly; it will make our time super productive.

  4. Once you have answered the questions, click on the button at the bottom of the form and the appointment date &    time you selected will be confirmed.

  5.  You will get an email to confirm your appointment. Please keep this handy it will have all the zoom details for our meeting.

 

I will have a look at the information you provided before we meet, if after reviewing it I feel that I am unable to help you then I will let you know and provide you with alternate resources or referrals that I think will serve you better.

If you find you can't keep an appointment, please refer to your confirmation email for instructions on cancelling the appointment.

​

Please don’t just miss your appointment without cancelling, as I only set aside a few of these meetings. If you can’t or don’t want to keep your appointment, cancelling your reservation will make it available for someone else.
